Shipping Policy
- Packaging: All orders are carefully packed in bubble mailers, with additional bubble wrap when needed to ensure your products arrive safely.
- Shipping Method: We ship via USPS 2-3 Day First Class, ensuring fast and reliable delivery for most locations.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on holidays.
- Tracking: You will receive timely updates on the status of your order via email. A tracking number is provided with every order, and you can track your package in real time through our Order Tracking Page, located under the Support tab on our website.
- Shipping Updates: We will notify you via email when your order is in transit and again when it is out for delivery. You can unsubscribe from these emails by clicking he ‘Unsubscribe’ text at the bottom of the emails.
- Heat-Sensitive Products: Due to the extreme heat in Phoenix, some of our products cannot be shipped during the summer months. These items will be marked as unavailable for shipping during that time.
Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt or we can locate the transaction in our system using your name or email address.
- Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any unsealed or opened items.
- How to Return: If your product meets the criteria for return, please contact us via email or phone to initiate the return process, or visit us in store.
